Sesame Salmon
- Marinade; 1 lime juiced & seeded
- 1 tablespoon Ponzu(citrus soy sauce) 1 table spoon olive oil
- 2- 4oz salmon fillets
- 1 tablespoon celery seeds
- 1 tablespoon sesame seeds
- Sesame butter;
- 1 stick unsalted butter
- 1 tablespoon sesame seeds
- 1 and 1/2 tablespoons chives
- 1 teaspoon sesame oil
- 1 tablespoon Ponzu or soy sauce
- Mix all ingredients for sesame butter well, wrap in plastic wrap and chill for 30 minutes
- stir together marinade and marinate salmon for 30 minutes, up to an hour.
- preheat oven to 350 F
- toast sesame seeds and celery seeds until slightly brown, set aside.
- preheat broiler
- broil salmon skin side up for 5 minutes, flip to flesh side up and broil 5 more minutes.
- sprinkle with toasted seeds and serve with a pad of sesame butter on top. Enjoy!
