Sesame Salmon

  1. Mix all ingredients for sesame butter well, wrap in plastic wrap and chill for 30 minutes
  2. stir together marinade and marinate salmon for 30 minutes, up to an hour.
  3. preheat oven to 350 F
  4. toast sesame seeds and celery seeds until slightly brown, set aside.
  5. preheat broiler
  6. broil salmon skin side up for 5 minutes, flip to flesh side up and broil 5 more minutes.
  7. sprinkle with toasted seeds and serve with a pad of sesame butter on top. Enjoy!
