Green Beans

  1. Snap the stem ends of the green beans, or cut them off in a big bunch with a knife if you'd prefer.
  2. add olive oil on medium-low heat. Add the meat and onions and cook for 5 minutes. Add garlic for 2 minutes. Add all other ingredients except the beans and potatoes. Bring to a boil and simmer for 10 minutes. Add beans and bring to a boil and simmer for 1/2 hour. Add potatoes and bring to a boil and let simmer for 10minutes.
