Tutti-Fruitti Pie
- 1 cup Grapefruit sections
- 1 1/2 cups Orange Sections
- 1/2 cup Drained Crushed Pineapple
- 1 piece Medium Banana
- 1/2 cup Maraschino Cherries
- 2 tablespoons Butter
- 2/3 cup Sugar
- 3 tablespoons Quick Cooking Tapioca
- 1/4 teaspoon Salt
- 1 package 9" Pie Pastry
- Section and remove the pith on the orange and grapefruit
- Slice the banana and halve the cherries
- Combine all ingredients except pastry and butter
- Pour into unbaked pie shell and dot with butter
- Top with pastry
- Bake at 425 deg in oven for 10 minutes
- Reduce heat to 350 deg and bake for an additional 40min until crust starts browning
- Remove from oven and let it cool for several minutes before serving
