Grilled Chicken With Refreshing Yogurt Dip

  1. Wash and dry the chicken. Cut into pieces. Mix soy sauce, maple syrup, chopped garlic, lemon juice, curry powder and caraway seeds and pour over the chicken pieces. Marinate the chicken in the refrigerator for 24 hours before grilling.
  2. Serve grilled chicken pieces with the yogurt dip. For the dip mix all the ingredients and chill before serving.
