Grilled Chicken With Refreshing Yogurt Dip
- 1 big chicken
- 6 cloves of garlic (finely chopped)
- 3 tablespoons of soy sauce
- 3 tablespoons of maple syrup
- 1/2 cup fresh lemon juice
- 1 teaspoon of curry powder
- 1 tablespoon of caraway seeds
- For the dip:
- 10 oz plain yogurt
- 2 tablespoons of olive oil
- 2 tablespoons of water
- 1 lime juice
- 1 tablespoon of honey or maple syrup
- salt
- pepper
- fresh dill (finely chopped)
- Wash and dry the chicken. Cut into pieces. Mix soy sauce, maple syrup, chopped garlic, lemon juice, curry powder and caraway seeds and pour over the chicken pieces. Marinate the chicken in the refrigerator for 24 hours before grilling.
- Serve grilled chicken pieces with the yogurt dip. For the dip mix all the ingredients and chill before serving.
