Molded Tuna Ring
- 1 envelope unflavored gelatin (1 Tbsp.)
- 1/4 c. cold water
- 10 3/4 oz. can condensed tomato soup
- 1 pkg. softened cream cheese
- 1/2 c. mayonnaise
- 1 1/2 tsp. prepared horseradish
- dash of bottled hot pepper sauce
- 1 (6 1/2 or 7 oz.) can tuna, drained and flaked
- 1/2 c. chopped celery
- 1 Tbsp. chopped onion
- In saucepan, softened gelatin in cold water.
- Stir over low heat until gelatin is dissolved.
- Stir in can of tomato soup and beat.
- Heat thoroughly.
- Gradually blend into softened cream cheese.
- Add mayonnaise, horseradish and hot pepper sauce.
- Beat until smooth with rotary beater.
- Chill until partially set.
- Fold in tuna, celery and onion.
- Chill overnight.
- Makes 4 or 5 servings.
