Creole Sauce

  1. Melt butter in heavy pot.
  2. Add: yellow onion and next 12 ingredients. Cook until bell pepper turns bright green and onion starts to turn transparent. Add remaining ingredients, bring to a boil, reduce heat to simmer, cook 45-60 minutes. Stir occasionally.
