Paul'S Cajun Pizza
- 1-12" Pizza Crust(any brand)
- 1/4 cup each of green bell pepper,yellow onion, and green onion tops.
- 2 cloves garlic, minced
- 1/8 cup butter
- 1/4 lb. Velvetta Cheese, cubed
- 2 oz. Philadelphia Cream Cheese
- 1/4 cup Hellmans Mayonnaise
- 1 1/2 tsp. Worsectershire
- 1/2 tsp. dried parsley flakes
- 1/2 tsp. Tabasco sauce
- 1/4 tsp. Cayenne pepper
- 1/4 tsp. black pepper
- 1/4 tsp. Creole Seasoning
- 1 pkg. (12oz.) Crawfish tailmeat,rinsed in water
- 1/2 cup Sharp Cheddar cheese
- In a large skillet, saute' the
- green pepper, onions, and garlic until tender over mediunm heat. Reduce heat and add Velvetta cheese, Cream Cheese and mayonnaiswe. Cook and stir on low heat until cheese is melted. Stir in the Worcestershire, parsley,Tobasco, and seasonings. Cook over low heat until slightly thickened.
- Add rge washed Crawfish tailmeat and heat through for about 10 minutes. Spread mixture over Pizza crust: then sprinkle Charp Cheddar
- cheese over the top. Bake at 350*F for 4 to 5 minutes.
