Autumn Hash

  1. 1. Boil potatoes and celeriac until tender
  2. 2. in large skillet - melt butter and saute butter, onion,garlic pepper, celery and squash for 3-4 min
  3. 3. Add meat
  4. 4. Mix in corn and season
  5. 5. Transfer to an oven-safe dish
  6. 6. Mash potatoes and celeraic with milk butter and seasonings
  7. 7. Spread mashed potatoes over mixture and top with cheese
  8. 8. Bake in oven for 20 min at 375 C
