Reuben Meat Loaf(Makes 8 Servings)

  1. Preheat oven to 375u0b0.
  2. Rinse, drain and coarsely chop sauerkraut.
  3. Crumble ground beef.
  4. In a large bowl, place sauerkraut, ground beef, bread crumbs, corned beef, egg, parsley and garlic;
  5. mix until well blended.
  6. Pat one-half of the mixture into a shallow 1 1/2-quart round baking dish, forming a slight rim along outer edge of dish.
