Lasagna

  1. Cook noodles as directed.
  2. Brown ground chuck, onion and garlic.
  3. Add next 8 ingredients, cover and simmer 20 minutes.
  4. In rectangular 1 1/2-quart casserole, put layer of noodles, Mozzarella cheese, sprinkle grated Cheddar cheese, cottage cheese, meat sauce and Romano cheese.
  5. Repeat once and end with grated Romano cheese.
  6. Bake at 350u0b0 until bubbly.
  7. Serves 6 to 8.
