Banana Split Dessert
- 1 pck Pillsbury Plus Yellow Cake Mix
- 1/2 c butter, softened
- 1 egg
- 1 c Pillsbury milk chocolate frosting supreme
- 3 small bananas sliced
- 1 envelope unflavored gelatin
- 3 tbsp boiling water
- 3 c whipped cream
- 8 oz pkg cream cheese, softened
- 1. Preheat oven to 350. In large bowl combine cake mix, butter, and egg. Mix at low speed until crumbly. Press into bottom of ungreased 13x9 in pan.
- 2. Bake 12-15 min or until light golden brown. Let cool.
- 3. Spread 3/4 c frosting over base. Arrange bananas in single layer over frosting.
- 4. Dissolve gelatin in boiling water. In large bowl combine dissolved gelatin and remaining frosting; beat until well combined. Add cream cheese and 1/3 of whipped cream; beat until smooth.
- Spread evenly over bananas.
- Spread remaining whipped cream over top of dessert.
- 5. Refrigerate over night.
