Banana Split Dessert

  1. 1. Preheat oven to 350. In large bowl combine cake mix, butter, and egg. Mix at low speed until crumbly. Press into bottom of ungreased 13x9 in pan.
  2. 2. Bake 12-15 min or until light golden brown. Let cool.
  3. 3. Spread 3/4 c frosting over base. Arrange bananas in single layer over frosting.
  4. 4. Dissolve gelatin in boiling water. In large bowl combine dissolved gelatin and remaining frosting; beat until well combined. Add cream cheese and 1/3 of whipped cream; beat until smooth.
  5. Spread evenly over bananas.
  6. Spread remaining whipped cream over top of dessert.
  7. 5. Refrigerate over night.
