Baked Chicken Dinner In One Pan

  1. Place the vegetables in a roasting pan which has a tight fitting cover and will be large enough to accommodate all of the chicken, too.
  2. Place the chicken halves over the vegetables. Sprinkle with salt and pepper; pour all the cream over the chicken. Dot with squares of butter.
  3. Cover tightly and bake at 350u0b0 for 1 hour or until you can pierce the thickest part of the chicken with sharp fork.
  4. Uncover and place under the broiler for 5 minutes or until the chicken is a golden brown.
  5. Serve piping hot.
  6. Serves 4.
