Crock-Pot Lasagna

  1. Prepare the meat sauce as directed in the RR Ravioli Lasagna recipe (or use store bought sauce)
  2. Combine 2 1/4 cups mozz cheese (set aside additional 3/4 cup for later) + 23 oz ricotta cheese + 1/2 cup parmesan chees + fresh basil julienne (optional) - set aside.
  3. In the crock pot layer as follows bottom to top:
  4. sauce
  5. noodles
  6. cheese/basil mixture
  7. sauce
  8. noodles
  9. cheese/basil mixture
  10. and so on until you finish the ingredients (# of layers will vary depending on the size of your crockpot)
  11. ending with sauce
  12. Cook in crock pot on low for 3-4 hours - in the last 20 min add additional 3/4 cup of mozz to top of lasagna.
