Crock-Pot Lasagna
- RR Lasagna Ravioli Meat Sauce OR 42 oz of Regular Meat Sauce (or veggie)
- 1 box regular dry lasagna noodles
- 3 cups shredded mozzarella cheese
- 23 oz ricotta cheese
- 1 cup grated Parmesan cheese
- Fresh Basil (optional)
- Prepare the meat sauce as directed in the RR Ravioli Lasagna recipe (or use store bought sauce)
- Combine 2 1/4 cups mozz cheese (set aside additional 3/4 cup for later) + 23 oz ricotta cheese + 1/2 cup parmesan chees + fresh basil julienne (optional) - set aside.
- In the crock pot layer as follows bottom to top:
- sauce
- noodles
- cheese/basil mixture
- sauce
- noodles
- cheese/basil mixture
- and so on until you finish the ingredients (# of layers will vary depending on the size of your crockpot)
- ending with sauce
- Cook in crock pot on low for 3-4 hours - in the last 20 min add additional 3/4 cup of mozz to top of lasagna.
