Mock Stroganoff

  1. In large skillet, brown meat over medium heat.
  2. Add soup, water, mixed vegetables, mushrooms, macaroni
  3. and seasonings. Bring to boil.
  4. Reduce heat; cover and simmer 10 to 15 minutes, stirring occasionally, until macaroni is tender.
  5. Remove from heat; stir in yogurt.
  6. Cook over low heat, stirring, until heated through.
