Hatch'S Granola

  1. 1. Heat oven to 350. In a large kettle combine the first 9 ingredients and stir.
  2. 2. Pour oil then honey into pyrex. Pour over dry ingredients and combine. Spread 1 in. deep into 2 greased 11x17 pans
  3. 3. Bake for about 30 minutes, stirring two or three times to prevent browning.
  4. 4. Return to large kettle and stir in dried fruit.
  5. note: if starting with raw almonds, roast in 350 oven on cookie sheet for about 8 minutes before adding to ingredients.
