Peach Cheese Cake
- 3/4 Cup Flour
- 1 Tsp. Baking powder
- 1/2 Tsp. Salt
- 3 1/4 oz. Pkg. dry Vanilla Pudding mix, NOT INSTANT
- 3 TBS. Butter or margarine, softened
- 1 Egg
- 1/2 Cup Milk
- Combine in mixing bowl, beat 2 minutes at medium speed, and pour into prepared pan.
- 1 15-20 oz. can peaches in syrup, well drained, RESERVE JUICE
- Place slices on batter up to within 1 inch of edge of batter.
- 1 8oz. Pkg. Cream cheese, softened
- 1/2 Cup Sugar
- 3 TBS. Reserved peach juice
- Combine in mixing bowl, beat 2 minutes at medium speed, and spread over peaches to within 1 inch of edge.
- 1 TBS. Sugar
- 1/2 Tsp. Cinnamon
- Combine and sprinkle over cheese filling.
- Oven: 350
- Grease bottom and sides of 9 inch deep dish or 10 inch pie pan.
- Bake in preheated oven 30-35 minutes until crust is golden brown. Filling will appear soft. Store in refrigerator.
