Lowfat Dream Cheesecake

  1. Bing water to a boil in a small saucepan. Mix in JELL-O, sir well, and set aside to cool for 5 minutes, stirring occasionally.
  2. Slice cream cheese into small cubes, add to blender with cottage cheese and JELL-O.
  3. Blend on medium speed for 2-3 minutes, or until well blended, scraping the sides occasionally.
  4. In a large bowl, fold the blended mixture into the cool whip until a single color.
  5. Sprinkle the crumbs of the graham crackers into the bottom of a springboard pan, then pour mixture into pan.
  6. Refrigerate for 8 hours.
