Grilled Thresher Shark Teriyaki

  1. Mix the Marinade ingredients in a mediun sized bowl. Wisk to encorporate Corn Starch.
  2. Slice the Shark and set aside in the Marinade as you make the sause.
  3. For the sause: Everything goes into the food processor. Blend until smooth.
  4. Remove the Shark from Marinade and pat dry. Place the slices on a hot grill or grill pan. This will go fast, so don't walk away. About 1 minute per side.
  5. Set the cooked fish aside and place the onions and asperagus on the grill. Again, this is only for a minute.
  6. Devide the Shark, onion and asparagus evenly to four plates. Top with sause and serve with white rice.
