Protein Fiberlicious Pasta With Meatballs

  1. For the meatballs:
  2. Put the ground turkey breast into a mixing bowl with the first 9 ingredients and mix with your hands
  3. Roll the meat into 1.5 inch balls between your palms and place them in the mixing bowl ready to cook (should yield about 16 balls)
  4. For the meal:
  5. Cook the pasta, drain and put it back in the pot, set aside
  6. Heat a frying pan on medium high heat with a Tbsp. of canola oil
  7. Once the pan is hot, add the meat balls and brown on all sides.
  8. Turn the heat down to medium low and let the meatballs cook through about 5 minutes
  9. Put the pot with the pasta on a burner on low heat
  10. add the arrabiata sauce and spinach and toss until the spinach wilts, add the meat balls and toss
  11. Distribute the mixture in two large bowls
