Crock-Pot Sloppy Joes
- 3 pounds ground beef
- 1 onion
- 2 bell peppers
- 2 cans tomato sauce
- 1 cup ketchup
- 4 tablespoons honey
- 2 tablespoons Worcestershire sauce
- 2 tablespoons yellow mustard
- 2 teaspoons garlic powder
- 1 teaspoon kosher salt
- 1/2 teaspoon pepper
- 24 slider rolls
- Place all the ingredients except the buns in the insert of a 4-quart or larger slow cooker. Stir so everything is well-combined, making sure to break up the beef.
- Cover the slow cooker with the lid. Cook on low for 6 to 8 hours, or on high for 2 to 3 hours. Stir the mixture again.
- Divide the sloppy joe mixture between the hamburger buns and serve immediately.
