Pecan-Crusted Yellowfin Tuna With Red Mango Salsa
- 4 Yellowfin Tuna Steaks -
- Dredge Tuna Steaks in 4 beaten eggs. Place egg coated Tuna Steaks in 2 cups all purpose unbleached flour and 1 cup crushed pecans , 1 teaspoon salt % 1/2 teaspoon fresh ground black pepper in a plastic bag (such as a zip-lock freezer bag) shake thorughly until coated and place in well-heated oil.
- 1 c Peanut oil.
- Prepare salsa - 2 Red Mangos (Bell Peppers) Diced
- 1 Large white onion Diced.
- 1/8 C Lime Juice
- 1/4 C Toasted Sesame Oil
- 1/4 C Orange juice
- 3 Tablespoons Roasted Minced Garlic.
- 2 teaspoons salt
