Marie'S Spaghetti Bolognese

  1. Heat olive oil in large pot. Saute garlic,carrots, celery, onions until slighly soft. Add turkey meat to brown. Add all remaining ingredients and simmer low for about 2 hours. Sauce is always better next day, but if you can't wait, it is still a treat! Make extra and freeze to have on hand.
