Quick/Easy Chicken Soup

  1. Three 16oz Organic Chicken Stock/Broth -or-
  2. 9 cubes Chicken billion/9 cups of water (or a combo of both, which is what I did)
  3. Ruff Chopped:
  4. Onion
  5. Celery
  6. Carrots
  7. Italian Parsley
  8. Simmer in Chicken broth until veggies are soft; 20 minutes
  9. Then add:
  10. Lipton Onion Soup mix
  11. Onion powder
  12. 4-6 Bay leaves
  13. Salt (Jonny's) & Grind pepper
  14. Cook for 20 minutes
  15. Then add: Pre cooked Chicken strips till heated
  16. Cooked Whole Wheat egg noodles on the side
  17. To serve: Scoop in a heaping ladle of noodles and then add chicken, veggie broth over noodles. Serve with:
  18. Rosemary Olive bread (Costco) toasted with Jonny's Garlic season & melted butter.
  19. Yummy!
  20. Note: You could saute the veggies in butter first then add to broth if you have the time.
