Expeditious Enchiladas

• 1 can Campbell's Cream of Mushroom soup
• 1 C sour cream
• 1/2 to 1 C Jack's Special Salsa, Medium heat; from Costco
• 1 C Morning Star Farms "Meal Starters" Grillers Recipe Crumbles
• 1 C shredded sharp cheddar or monterey jack cheese
• 8 "Truly Handmade" small flour tortillas from Trader Joe's
• 1-15 oz can tomato sauce
• Optional toppings: shredded cheese, 1 diced tomato, chopped green onion

1. Mix soup, sour cream, salsa to taste, Crumbles, and cheese.
2. Place evenly divided mixture on tortillas and roll up.
3. Arrange rolls in an 11 x 8 baking dish and top with tomato sauce. Sprinkle toppings if desired.
4. Cook on high in microwave until cheese melts - filling will ooze from ends - about 5 to 6 minutes.
