Expeditious Enchiladas

  1. Mix soup, sour cream, salsa to taste, Crumbles, and cheese.
  2. Place evenly divided mixture on tortillas and roll up.
  3. Arrange rolls in an 11 x 8 baking dish and top with tomato sauce. Sprinkle toppings if desired.
  4. Cook on high in microwave until cheese melts - filling will ooze from ends - about 5 to 6 minutes.
