- 2 cans (14.5 oz) Contadina(R) Diced Tomatoes with Italian Seasoning
- 1 can (6 oz) Contadina(R) Tomato Paste
- 1 lb Italian sausage links, cut 1/2 in. rounds
- 1 medium onion, diced
- 1/2 tbsp oregano
- 1 tbsp minced garlic
- 1/2 tsp salt
- 16 oz ziti pasta cooked to pkg. directions
- 1/4 cup shredded mozzarella cheese
- 1/4 cup fresh grated parmesan cheese
- Cooking spray
- 1.treheat oven to 350.
- 2.took sausage and onion over medium heat in a large skillet until meat is no longer pink; drain.
- 3.ttir in oregano, garlic and salt.
- 4.tdd the diced tomatoes with Italian seasoning and tomato paste and heat until hot.
- 5.toss with ziti pasta and add to casserole dish sprayed with cooking spray.
- 6.top with cheeses and bake in 350 oven for 15 minutes or until cheese is melted.
