Trade Winds Salad(Serving Size: 6 To 8)

  1. Prepare macaroni.
  2. Drain pineapple chunks.
  3. Reserve 2 tablespoons.
  4. In medium skillet, melt margarine and 2 teaspoons brown sugar.
  5. Add luncheon meat and cook until browned, and coated with sugar mixture.
  6. Remove and drain on paper towel.
  7. In medium bowl, combine macaroni, luncheon meat mixture, pineapple chunks, cheese and green pepper.
