Southwestern Style Jerk Chicken
- Carribean Jerk seasoning
- Cayenne Pepper
- Corn
- Chopped tomatoes
- Thyme
- Salsa
- Chopped onion
- paprika
- salt(optional)
- pepper(optional)
- Garlic clove
- white vinegar
- Clean chicken thorougly with vinegar and warm water. Place chicken in a large bowl. pour about 3/4 cup of vinegar into bowl. poke the chicken with a fork to ensure flavor. add seasoning and make sure its all over the chicken. cover and let it refrigerate for at least 1 hour. Set oven to 350 degrees and place chicken on a foil covered pan. pour remains of marinade over chicken and bake for 30 minutes. steam corn with butter, salt and pepper. Cover chicken with corn, chopped tomatoes and onions. Serve....and enjoy!
