Blueberry Strata Pie

  1. Drain pineapple and reserve the syrup.
  2. Blend cream cheese and the next 3 ingredients.
  3. Set aside 2 Tbsp. pineapple.
  4. Stir in remaining pineapple into cream cheese mixture.
  5. Spread over the graham cracker crust and chill.
  6. Blend sugar, cornstarch, salt and 1/3 c. pineapple syrup.
  7. Cook until thickened over low heat.
  8. Add the blueberries and cook a little longer.
  9. Cool.
  10. Pour over the chilled pie crust.
  11. Top with cool whip and reserved pineapple.
