Asian Turkey Lettuce Cups

  1. In a nonstick skillet coated with cooking spray, saute first three ingredients for five minutes. Add edamame, scoop mix onto lettuce, top with scallion, and wrap up. Drizzle with sauce, and serve slaw on the side.
