Beef And Broccoli Casserole

  1. In small bowl, stir together cornstarch, broth, soy sauce and brown sugar until smooth; set aside.
  2. In 10-inch skillet over medium high heat in 1 tablespoon oil, stir-fry beef until browned. Remove; set aside and repeat with other half of beef.
  3. Reduce heat to medium.
  4. In same skillet using 1 tablespoon oil, stir-fry broccoli with garlic powder and ginger until tender-crisp.
  5. Add reserved cornstarch mixture and cook until mixture thickens, stirring constantly.
  6. Return beef to skillet and heat through. Stir occasionally.
  7. Serve over hot rice.
