Artichoke Heart Quickie

  1. Heat artichoke hearts in microwave oven according to package directions; set aside.
  2. Remove skins from garlic, heat whole cloves (if chopped before heating, the garlic may burn) in microwave oven for one minute. Let cool enough so you can mince them by hand or use food processor.
  3. In microwavable plate or bowl: place cooked artichoke hearts on bottom, sauce on top, then the minced garlic on top of sauce.
  4. Heat in microwave oven so all is evenly heated to the temperature you desire, and enjoy!
  5. NOTE: Add more or less garlic according to taste. Don't skip the step of heating the garlic--it will be too strong and change the flavor of the meal. This combination looks nice on the plate and is quick to make!
