Sole Fish Fillet With Vegetables In The Oven
- 1 kg sole fish fillet (fresh or frozen)
- 1 1/2 kg potatoes
- 4 tomatoes
- 2 green peppers
- 2 yellow peppers
- 3 onions
- 1 clove garlic
- 100 ml olive oil
- 100 ml water
- salt, pepper
- Dried whole oregano
- Cut the potatoes in rings and put them in the bottom of the baking pan. Put the fish on top of them and salt it. Cut the peppers the onions and the tomatoes in rings. Put them on top of the fish starting with the peppers, then the onions and the tomatoes on top. Salt them. Cut the carlic in four and throw it around. Rub the oregano all over. Sprinkle with the water and then with the olive oil. Cook it in a preheated oven for 1 hour in 180 degrees Celsium.
