Sugar-Free Striped Pie
- 3/4 c. peanut butter (creamy-style)
- 3 tsp. margarine
- 1 1/2 c. graham cracker crumbs
- 1 (4 serving size) box sugar-free vanilla pudding (not instant)
- 1 (4 serving size) box sugar-free chocolate pudding (not instant)
- 3 c. milk
- 1 tsp. vanilla
- 4 oz. lite Cool Whip
- 5 lb. bag McIntosh or Marsh apples or your preference
- 2 c. sugar (more or less as desired)
- 2 sticks Parkay margarine (for buttery taste) or use butter
- 2 tsp. cinnamon
- 2 tsp. nutmeg
- 2 tsp. cornstarch or flour
- 3 pie crusts for top and bottom (see No Fail Pie Crust and double the recipe)
- Preheat the oven to 350u0b0.
- Peel, core and de-seed apples.
- Cut into slices.
- Wash apple slices and put into a large bowl.
- Set aside.
