Spicey Shrimp

  1. Heat olive oil on med/high heat and add onion, jalapeno, green chili and tomato and saute 3 min
  2. Turn off heat
  3. In a large frying pan add butter and wine. Simmer 5 min
  4. Add garlic. Cook 4 more min
  5. Add tomato mixture to wine and butter. Continue to cook on med/high heat and mix well
  6. Turn up to high and add shrimp. Cook for 3 min
  7. Squeeze lemon juice onto shrimp
  8. Cook til pink/opaque - DON'T OVERCOOK
  9. Turn off heat and stir in parsley/cilantro
