Strawberry Frozen Dessert

  1. In a large bowl, combine strawberries, sugar, egg whites and lemon juice.
  2. Beat on high for 15 minutes or until fluffy.*
  3. Add vanilla extract.
  4. Fold in Cool Whip to the mix.
  5. Stir until blended. Pour into shortbread crusts.
  6. Add crushed cookies to top.
  7. Place in freezer for 2 hours or until solid.
  8. Best served frozen or slightly thawed for easier cutting.
  9. * For best results, use stand mixer with paddle attachment.
