Crawfish Pasta Salad

  1. Toasted pine nuts
  2. Spray pan with Pam, sprinkle salt on nuts, toast at 300 for 5 minutes (be very careful, they burn easily)
  3. Boil pasta with Oregano & crab boil to directions on package
  4. 1 - minute less than al dente directions, put in crawfish.
  5. Cook for 2-3 more minutes.
  6. Drain & cool Pasta/Crawfish, this can take a long time
  7. Add dressing and cheese.
  8. Up to this part can be done night before
  9. Right before serving, add lettuce and pine nuts.
