Gift From The Sea

  1. In olive oil, gently saute garlic, shallots, and red pepper flakes. Add tomatoes, white wine, fresh basil and dried oregano. Simmer lightly for about 10 minutes. Add shrimp and other shellfish of your choosing. (I love scallops, lobster chunks, and some white fish.) When fish is done, throw in fresh chopped parsley, and toss for about a minute more. The frsh herb will brighten the whole dish.
  2. Serve over pasta with rustic garlic bread and a salad. Voila Delicious,easy and FAST!
