Hollee'S Own Macaroni And Cheese
- 1/2 box of uncooked Marcaroni
- 2 lbs of American yellow or white deli cheese brick style
- 1 tablespoon butter salted or unsalted
- 1 1/3 cup 2% milk or 1% milk
- 1/4 stick of McAddam or other extra sharp cheese Yellow or white cheese
- 1/2 teaspoon of Lawry's or other seasoned salt
- Using a deep Pan, Boil 1/2 pan full of water and add the macaroni shake a little salt into water before it boils to help keep macaroni from sticking to the pan. allow macaroni to boil until soft.
- Place soft macaroni in a large glass baking pan. Cut the across cheese brick making 1 inch thick by 1 inch long strips on chopping block and then cut strips into cubes and put the cheese cubes into the pan with the macaroni and cut and cube the extra sharp cheese in the way as the American Cheese mix the seasoned salt, butter and milk with the macaroni. Bake in the oven on 350 degrees for 45 mins to 1 hour depending on fast your oven bakes. Take out of oven and let sit a minute to cool
