Thai Beef Salad

  1. Grill or broil steak on oiled grill or broiler rack for 5-7 minutes, turning once for
  2. medium rare. Let stand 5 minutes, then slice thinly against the grain.
  3. Whisk dressing in large bowl until blended. Add steak and remaining ingredients
  4. except the lettuce. Toss to mix. Line serving platter with lettuce; mound beef
  5. salad on top. Sprinkle with peanuts.
