Pork Loin With Balsamic Grilled Veggies

  1. Marinate pork loin in marinade for 8 hours.
  2. mix marinade for veggies slice veggies thick for grilling. pour 3/4 of marinade over veggies. Put in fridge for 3-4 hours.
  3. Put pork loin on grill. cook on high on the first side, to get a good crust. Turn after 5-7 minutes. Turn heat to med-low. Add veggies cook until tender crisp. remove veggies & pour remaining marinade over veggies. take off pork loin & let rest for 5 min. Serve w/ veggies.
