Oatmeal White Chocolate Cranberry Drops

  1. 1. Preheat oven to 350 degrees.
  2. 2. In a medium bowl, combine flour, baking soda, and salt.
  3. 3. Beat butter and both sugars in a large bowl with electric mixer until creamy. Beat in eggs, vanilla, and tangerine zest, Beat in flour mixture. Stir in oatmeal one cup at a time. Fold in white chocolate chips and cranberries.
  4. 4. Drop batter by heaping teaspoonfuls, 1 inch apart onto ungreased cookie sheets. Bake for 10 minutes (unless you make larger sized cookies) Let cool.
