Koinonia Granola
- 1/2 c. oil
- 1/2 lb. margarine
- 2 Tbsp. molasses
- 1 Tbsp. vanilla
- 1 c. brown sugar
- 1 c. honey
- 1/4 tsp. salt
- 2 lb. rolled oats
- 1/2 c. sesame seed
- 1 c. chopped nuts
- 2 c. garage nuts
- 1 c. wheat germ
- 1 lb. coconut
- 1 c. sunflower seeds
- 1 c. raisins
- Preheat oven to 350u0b0.
- Melt in a large roasting pan the oil, margarine, molasses, vanilla, brown sugar, honey and salt.
- When mixed, let cool slightly and add the oats, sesame seed, chopped nuts, garage nuts, wheat germ, coconut and sunflower seeds.
- Stir thoroughly. Bake in shallow pans for 20 to 25 minutes.
- Stir every 5 to 7 minutes.
- After granola has cooled, add the raisins.
- Very good as a snack.
