Fire In Yo' Hole Salsa

  1. First, wash all veggies well. Remove all stems. To reduce the heat of the salsa, slice each pepper open and remove the seeds and interior flesh leaving just the "wall" of the pepper. Since, I love it HOT though...I typically leave it all in. Hand chop and dice the plum tomatoes, set aside in large container. Everything else (peppers, onions, garlic) gets "chopped" in a food processor. Next, combine ALL ingrediets in large container. Stir in Salsa seasoning mix and lime juice. Refrigerate overnight. Enjoy!
