Glorious Garlic Bread
- 1 large loaf French Bread
- 1 stick butter
- 6 cloves garlic, pressed
- 1 (15 oz.) can artichoke hearts, drained and chopped
- 3/4 c. sour cream
- 2 c. cubed monterey jack cheese
- 1 t. lemon pepper seasoning
- 1 c. shredded cheddar cheese
- 1 small can sliced black olives, drained
- 1 small ripe tomato, sliced
- Slice bread horizontally until almost cut through (but don't slice it all the way). Scoop out bread, crumble, and sautee in the melted butter with the garlic for a few minutes, until lightly browned and fragrant.
- Scoop into bowl and add jack cheese, sour cream, artichokes, and lemon pepper seasoning. Mix well and stuff back into bread shell. Close the bread, top with tomatoes, cheddar cheese and olives. Wrap in foil and bake in a preheated 350 degree oven for 30 minutes. Unwrap and serve hot.
