Shrimp Chillie Fry

  1. Peel, wash and cut the shrimp into bite size pieces.Set aside. Heat 1 Tblsp of oil in a pan and fry onions until they are golden brown. Now add the tomatoes and fry for 5 minutes. Now add all the spices with the ginger and garlic and fry for 1 min. Next add the shrimp and green chillies and fry for ten minutes until the shrimp are totally cooked. You may add 1/4 cup of water to create a gracvy. Serve on a warm bed of basmati rice. Enjoy.
