Muenster And Bacon Stuffed Potatoes

  1. 1.tcrub potatoes and pat dry.
  2. 2.trick skin of each with a fork.
  3. 3.take in 400 degree over for 1 hour or until soft and skins firm.
  4. 4.tut each potato in half longways. Carefully, using a spoon, scoop out the pulp, leaving enough for a 1/4 inch thick shell.
  5. 5.tut potato pulp in a bowl and mash, beat in onions, salt and pepper.
  6. 6.tpoon back into sheels, mounding slightly.
  7. 7.tprinkle with bacon.
  8. 8.tlace in 350 degree oven to just heat through (about 10 minutes).
