Muenster And Bacon Stuffed Potatoes
- 4 med. Baking potatoes
- 1/2 - 3/4 cup warm milk
- 4 tbsp. butter
- 1 c. shredded Finlandia Muenster cheese
- 1 egg
- 1 lb cooked, chopped bacon
- 2 green onions, finely sliced (optional)
- 1 tsp. salt
- 1/4 tsp. white pepper
- 1.tcrub potatoes and pat dry.
- 2.trick skin of each with a fork.
- 3.take in 400 degree over for 1 hour or until soft and skins firm.
- 4.tut each potato in half longways. Carefully, using a spoon, scoop out the pulp, leaving enough for a 1/4 inch thick shell.
- 5.tut potato pulp in a bowl and mash, beat in onions, salt and pepper.
- 6.tpoon back into sheels, mounding slightly.
- 7.tprinkle with bacon.
- 8.tlace in 350 degree oven to just heat through (about 10 minutes).
