Oven-Baked Chicken

  1. Preheat oven to 350u0b0.
  2. In plastic bag, combine all ingredients except chicken.
  3. Place chicken pieces in bag, one at a time and shake bag to coat chicken.
  4. Arrange coated chicken in single layer in small shallow roasting dish.
  5. Pour 1/2 cup chicken broth into dish.
  6. Bake, uncovered, 30 minutes, basting occasionally.
  7. Pour 1/3 cup additional broth over chicken.
  8. Cover and bake 10 minutes longer.
  9. Remove cover.
  10. Baste chicken and bake another 10 minutes. I use bouillon cube, if no broth is available.
