Homemade Chicken Pot Pie
- 2 chicken breasts
- 1 can cream of broccoli soup(or any desired flavored cream soup)
- 1/2 cup milk
- frozen or fresh vegatables
- frozen or fresh broccoli
- 1/4 cup chopped red onion
- 1 or 2 can of Pillsbury crescent rolls(lowfat or regular)
- pepper
- Preheat oven to 375F(may vary for baking temp for crescent rolls.Cut chicken into cubes and place in skillet with onions till chicken is cooked. Simmer heat to low and add unfrozen veggies(corn, broccoli, peas, carrots, mushrooms, etc.) to pan. Add can of soup and milk. Simmer mixture and add pepper for tast. Place mixture into oven safe dish and add crescent rolls on top of mixture. Bake in oven till top is brown and crispy. Cool for 5 min and serve!
