Kaju Curry Recipe

  1. Step 1: Heat ghee or butter in a pan, add onion, green chilies, ginger paste and saute till the onion become softens
  2. Step 2: Now add tomato, red chili powder, green cardamom powder and turmeric powder .Saute again till the tomatoes become little soft. Combined cashew nuts, garam masala and cream. Keep stirring over a medium flame
  3. Step 3: Add tomato sauce and salt according to taste and cook for another 2-3 minutes. Turn off the heat.
  4. Step 4: Garnish with coriander leaves and serve hot
