Curried Crab Quiche

  1. Line UNpricked pastry shell with a double thickness of heavy-duty foil.
  2. Bake at 450 degrees for 5 minutes.
  3. Remove foil; bake 5 minutes longer.
  4. Remove from the oven; reduce heat to 375 degrees.
  5. Sprinkle crab and cheese into shell.
  6. In a bowl, beat eggs. Add cream, curry, salt and pepper; pour over cheese. Cover edges of pastry with foil; bake for 30 to 35 minutes or until a knife inserted near the center comes out clean.
